    Too much time is spent managing things that can’t be managed. This seemingly simple “game” clearly demonstrates the failings of many generally accepted management tactics. An invaluable training tool for supervisors and managers, necessary for understanding TQM, CQI, Lean, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or just plain olde managing.
