Is Certification (e.g. CCNA and Sig Sigma) valuable for Companies in Asia?

Are “CCNA” and “Six Sigma Green Belt” certificates valuable from Asian companies’s point of view?
In other word, are those certificates recommendable for engineer in order to get job easier/to stay competitive in Asian job market?
