Demonstration of the Q-Skills’ Lean simulation. This module simulates a two station queuing process. It allowing user manipulations of work in progress and touch times and shows graphically, the effects on cycle times and throughput. The exercise concludes with a quiz to test the student’s understanding. The Lean module is selectable from the Q-Skills administration area, if required as part of quality training. www.q-skills.com
