Six Sigma Professor

I hope I am an innovative leader, and obviously, we are trying to innovate as much as possible within the constraints of our industry. Our industry is peculiar since its very mature and old. The market is definitely mature and generally flat. Theres not much innovation in product. This is due to the fact that the technology is, at this point, a couple centuries old. But obviously, we are struggling to innovate in the product development; for example, new materials. We are also trying to use new management approaches such as 6 Sigma. However, the basis of the technology at this point has not had major innovations, I would say, in at least two centuries.
