The title attracted me to buy this book – what I’ve found a lot of stale exercises with some slight changes. I’ve really found anything that I can add to the way I coach GB, BB, and MBBS of this book. Here are my two main observations:
To whom it may concern – It appears that this was written for teachers professional MBBS organization and not usually step in the formation of Six Sigma. I shared this with several of my colleagues (MBBS) and quickly lost interest. Too much effort seems to have been focused on the style of the book rather than the substance of the exercises.
Calendar – a good number of the exercises require too much time to establish, conduct and questioning. The performance of this moment does not really provide an illustration of the concept and application of tools. It seems a couple of years of analysis of data requires a lot of time to enter the data provided, and then share with students.

This book was good for us. It had the correct mixture of the exercises that made the DMAIC steps mÃfunny s of enseñar and making sure that the class comprometià ³ with material.& lt; br/& gt; & lt; br/& gt; Me gustà ³ the fact that también habÃa exercises of Gestià ³ n of the Change and the DinÃmica of Equipos& lt; br/& gt; & lt; br/& gt; What me parecià ³ mÃs útil was the Web site that it gives to all the data sets and the group that preparacià did ³ n of exercises one brisa.& lt; br/& gt; & lt; br/& gt; This is pÃgina Web that serÃa difÃcil to use without the book, but you can throw a look and see if it has things that him interese.& lt; br/& gt; & lt; br/& gt; http://books. I bought the book for some inspiration for exercises that could be used.
DMAIC series covers you and the light shines from different directions. Which is good because it covers many areas involved in improvement projects. I think the beginning of the book is stronger than at the end of the book.
There is an area that is lost in the area of analysis. Do not touch the base at all about using Ishikawa diagrams, FMEA, etc. Focus more on the data in this field. The data are important, but the underlying cause may be a little further.
The more I get into the book miss the most.
Happy reading!

montà ³ n of scrap iron. Not anyone of the exercises, very fleshy. A auhor excuse it to do dinero.& #13; Valoracià ³ n: 2/5
The book is excelente because the most of time, we as a trainers, we didn’t have enough exercises in group in the six sigma trainings and the courses could be boring to the students. However with a learning material like the contents of this book fills this gap for us, the trainers.
Best regards
