    Your arrogant approach may not serve you best when dealing with people.

    Also, I’m willing to bet you consider yourself very smart and over-qualified compared to your co-workers.

    Are people really this dumb as to not figure this out by 1st grade. If anyone that works under me cannot understand this, they must go back to kindergarten, where they will be outwitted by their class members. It is sad that people must be taught to think on a first grade level while running a multimillion dollar company.

    lean is just another method for management to impose their stupid ideas on a workforce and flexibility is gone since redundancy is needed for flexibility.
    with no morale there is no willingness to engage with this process.
